You may have seen him in roles such as Jay Gatsby from The Great Gatsby, Willy Wonka from Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, and Donkey from Shrek. He is very grateful for my family, his amazing friends Vince, Allie, Mariana, and Danica as well as the entire cast and crew behind this amazing show!

SOPHIE WHITE
Sophie Jean White is thrilled to make her West Valley Arts Debut in The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals. She spends her time "luring" her friends into non-optional hangouts under the clever guise of self-produced theatre. Favorite projects include Strategic Love Play (Emily's House), Radiant Vermin (SLACs Making Space for Artists Program), Sender (self-produced), Dire Straights (independent film), The Old Man and the Old Moon (University of Utah), New Work: Liminal (Flying Bobcat Theatre), and writing and directing an original musical A Night to Dismember!, which won Outstanding Original Script at the Great Salt Lake Fringe Festival.
SETH MCDIARMID
Seth Patrick McDiarmid's parents should have just gone the whole 9 yards and named him Ian or Connor, but they chickened out. This was, in God's eyes, "disappointing, a 0/10 bad move." Someone (not naming names, but scuttlebutt has it they're still hiding somewhere in this very building) went and let him play pretendsies with his friends again, which is honestly wild, my dudes. Truly insane. Wait, why are you still here? Who even reads the playbill anymore? You should, I don't know, have a conversation with the person you came with. Gaze into the middle distance and contemplate the absurdity of existence. Maybe go grab one of those little cheesecake cup things in the lobby; those will actually change your life, whereas 4 out of 5 doctors agree reading just one more sentence of this nonsense could lead to a chronic case of hot snakes and bubble gut. It's 10:30 pm and my last two brain cells are... they're... aw nuts, where'd they run off to now?!
KRISTEN OLSEN
Kristen is thrilled to be back with West Valley Arts after previously appearing as Sally/Swing in Puffs. A longtime StarKid fan who fell down the YouTube rabbit hole years ago, she is especially excited to be part of a spooky show during her favorite time of year. She has been involved in the theatre community for well over a decade and enjoys the mix of people, perspectives and ideas that come together in the creative process. Offstage, she is part of the production team for The Remarkability Project, an inclusive performing arts program for individuals with disabilities. Thanks to everyone who has encouraged and supported her along the way. Love you, Dad. Miss you.
LINDSAY CRUZ
Lindsay Cruz is so excited to be returning to West Valley Performing Arts Center! She was last seen dancing the mambo as Consuelo in West Side Story (Draper Historic Theatre) and arresting troublemakers as George Seacoal in Much Ado About Nothing (WVPAC). Many thanks to her mom and Titi for encouraging a lifelong love of theatre! IG: lindscruisin
