Lights up on Act 2

Much like a ghost light left on an empty stage, our presence and mission endure, illuminating a path forward for the West Valley Performing Arts Center, West Valley City, and beyond. 

This year has been a defining moment for West Valley Arts. Over the past year, our company has grown, both in our numbers and in the strength of our community support.  The overwhelming response to the threat of closure and voices and passion from our community and beyond has brought new life to our doors and created space to lift our voices and have much-needed conversations about what the arts mean to our area.  As we shift to an independent organization, we embrace the opportunity to establish our unique identity—one committed to storytelling that’s as professional as it is accessible. Like a ghost light that remains shining on an empty stage, West Valley Arts stands as a beacon of hope, creativity, and resilience.

As the curtain falls on 2024, we’re grateful for every audience member, performer, and supporter who has made this journey possible. The light at West Valley Arts shines on, illuminating bold stories and shared experiences.
